SUN SAND SEAFUN & FITNESSSYSTEM

Every Sun, Sand, Sea, Fun & Fitness (SSSFF) event is built around a minimum of five scored tests designed to assess complete fitness. Athletes competing in Individual, Pair and Team divisions can expect to be challenged across five key pillars: Endurance, Hybrid, Strength, Fitness and Beach. While workouts may vary between locations and events, every SSSFF competition follows the same testing philosophy. Additional tests, finals and double-scored events may be introduced depending on the format of each competition.

ENDURANCE

Endurance tests your ability to sustain effort over time. Whether on land, in the water or across multiple disciplines, athletes must demonstrate pacing, resilience and aerobic capacity under fatigue.

Hybrid tests your ability to transition efficiently between disciplines while maintaining performance. Athletes must manage fatigue, adapt quickly and perform under constantly changing demands.

STRENGTH

Strength tests force production and the ability to move external loads. Athletes may be challenged through traditional lifting methods, carries and functional loading tasks.
