Choose the division that best matches your current competition level, movement ability and experience. Each division is designed to test athletes across the full SSSFF competition experience while keeping standards fair, clear and appropriate to the category.
ELITE

Designed For

Athletes competing at the highest level of fitness competition. Elite athletes should be comfortable across all competition domains and capable of performing advanced movements under fatigue.

Typical Athlete

  • Comfortable with advanced gymnastics
  • Comfortable with heavy loading
  • Comfortable with high-volume competition
  • Strong across all competition domains

RX

Designed For

Experienced athletes who are comfortable performing advanced movements and competing across all competition domains. RX follows the same competition philosophy as Elite, with reduced loading, volume and complexity where appropriate.

  • Comfortable in a competitive environment
  • Strong across multiple fitness domains

  • Comfortable with a broad range of fitness tests
  • Ready to progress beyond Open competition

  • Enjoys testing themselves physically
  • Comfortable with basic fitness movements
